MILWAUKEE  — Bryant & Statton’s women’s volleyball team finished 9-17 last season, and it’s preparing for a new campaign under new head coach Emily Panaku.

“This year, we are focusing on setting the tone early,” she said in a preseason interview. “This season, our players are expected to show up every day with discipline, energy, and a first mindset, whether that’s in the classroom, weight room, or on the court."

It will be a completely new team, but that isn't fazing Panaku.

“More than anything, I want our program to be something that our athletes are proud of, and we are building a culture that extends beyond volleyball. One that develops strong student leaders and people.”
