Jayda Karls followed with a two-run single, and Bella Umentum capped the inning with a three-run double to center field.

"It's such an honor to represent Region 4 at the World Series and we've been lucky enough to do so multiple times," Head Softball Coach Dean Herman said. "But three in a row is just crazy. It really shows the buy in from our young women when they first get to campus and shows how the sophomores take the freshmen under their wings. And our staff works tirelessly for almost 10 months of the year getting the most out of our athletes. I couldn't ask for a better group of coaches. It really is a TEAM effort."
