WAUWATOSA, WI (April 25, 2018) - Bianca Jaimes from Waukegan, Ill. made her committment to Bryant & Stratton College official after signing her National Letter of Intent to put on a Bobcat uniform for the 2018 inaugural women's soccer season.
Out of Waukegan High School, Jaimes competed on the varsity program for two seasons. A versatile player, Jaimes competes at both center back and outside back positions.
"Bianca has shown impressive traits throughout the recruiting process and is intent on learning more and getting better," Bobcats head coach Lucas Henderson said.
Jaimes talent on the field was a major trait that grabbed Henderson's eye when recruiting her but her positivity impressed him even more.
"It's the type of attitude you dream of as a coach and she'll be a welcome addition to the team."
A special day for Jaimes as she looks forward to repesenting Bryant & Stratton on and off the field.
"I'm extremely happy to be a part of Bryant & Stratton and have the opportunity to play the sport that I love while pursuing a career that I will enjoy," Jaimes said. "I am honored to say that I made my parents proud for continuing my education and following my brothers foot steps. I am ecstatic to be a Bobcat and be part of this team."
With a little over three months until the Bobcats inaugural season begins, Henderson will look to finish up his recruiting and start getting his team prepared for their first game.
