Holding SWIC to just one more run, the Bobcats trailed by three but could not overcome the deficit and lost their opening game of the season.
"Each day we have to get better," Bobcats head coach Mike Zolecki said. "That is how we can build this program into a successful program. We have a good group of guys and that is key to building a new program."
David Paleo led the way going three for three with one run.

"We are going to take some lumps but how we deal with that will tell us what kind of character we have as a team," Zolecki said.
Up next for the Bobcats is a trip to Allen Community College located in Allen, KS from March 12-13. The Bobcats were scheduled earlier in the year to go up against Allen County Community College but had to cancel due to weather issues.
